Une recette qui me vient de ma grand m\u00e8re Cl\u00e9mentine de La Gu\u00e9rini\u00e8re une recette datant de 1930 dont L&rsquo;origine du nom demeure un myst\u00e8re :<br \/>LE CALALOU&#8230;<br \/>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 convives, taillez en fines rondelles un kilo de pommes de terre Charlotte, un kilo d&rsquo;oignons jaunes, faites revenir tout cela dans une grande po\u00eale avec un beau morceau de beurre sal\u00e9 une g<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">outte d&rsquo;huile, quand tout est bien dor\u00e9 vous salez et poivrez (fleur de sel et moulin \u00e0 poivre) vous ajoutez 7 feuilles de laurier et mouillez avec du lait CRU ( bouchon jaune) jusqu&rsquo;au haut des l\u00e9gumes.
